20 youth accommodations – built in 1989. The accommodations are 1 room with own kitchen and bathroom/toilet. The youth accommodations are situated approx. 1.5 km from center of Sønderborg.
Very close to green areas, beach and water, and shopping.
All accommodations on second floor have a balcony and ground floor accommodations have a small terrace and access to grass area.
All accommodations have small storage locker.
The accommodations are not handicap-friendly.
Parking space available.
Smoking is allowed.
Domestic appliances
Cooking plates, cooker hood, and refrigerator.
Public utility
Joint measuring of consumption. You pay a fixed monthly amount for heat, water, and electricity.
Internet and television
The tenant orders and pays for the internet and television subscription. DOA service and administration fee is charged via the rent - DKK 25,- per month.
Joint laundry
Access to joint laundry room.
