Højmarken:
The department was built in 1984/91 and has 14 youth accommodations.
From Højmarken you have the fine view of green fields and the accommodations are located on the outskirts of Broager with short distance to shopping facilities, school and kindergarten. Very good bus connections to Sønderborg and lots of leisure life.
The accommodations are not handicap-friendly.
Access to parking.
Smoking is allowed in the accommodations.
Østerballe:
The accommodations are located in Skelde surrounded by wonderful nature. Good bus connections to Broager and from there to Sønderborg.

Consumption:
Settlement of consumption for electricity, water and heat for Højmarken must be paid directly to the utility companies. Settlement of consumption for electricity, water and heat for Østerballe is paid on acount to the housing association.
Pets:
Pets of any kind not allowed.
Domestic appliances:
Minimum 2 cooking plates, cooker hood, fridge - possibly with a small freezer.
Laundry:
You must bring your own laundry machine.
Parking:
Access to parking area. The tenants of the department in Højmarken can rent a carport.
You cannot rent a garage or a parking space.
Storage room:
There is no storage room.
